With our ultra-discreet packing, what's inside stays between you and your good decisions.
Every N&F order is packed in unbranded boxes or mailers.
- No product names
- No adult language
- No logos related to intimate products
The return address and shipping label will display N&F or a neutral logistics partner only.
Multiple Shipments Notice:
Please note that orders containing both Fragrance Candles and Wellness/Adult Products may be split into multiple shipments.
- Self-care Products: We handle these personally to ensure the highest level of discreet packaging and privacy.
- Candles: To provide you with the freshest scents and most unique designs, these are dispatched directly from our sourcing partners.
You will not be charged extra for multiple shipments. If one part of your order arrives before the rest, please check your email for additional tracking links or contact our support team.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method selected at checkout.

- Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days
