Your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities. Due to the nature of the products we sell, we apply different return policies to different product categories to ensure hygiene, safety, and fairness for all customers.

Please review the policy below carefully before making a purchase.

1. Intimate Products (Pleasure & Personal Care Items)

Hygiene & Safety Policy

For health and safety reasons, all intimate products are final sale once opened or used.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any intimate items that have been:

  • Opened
  • Used
  • Removed from their original sealed packaging

Once the original factory seal is broken, the item is considered final sale and is not eligible for return or refund.


Unopened Intimate Products

If you change your mind and the item remains unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging, you may request a return within 14/30 days of delivery for store credit only.

  • Store credit is issued in the form of a digital gift card
  • Gift cards never expire
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Defective Intimate Products

We stand behind the quality of our products.

If your item arrives defective or stops functioning as intended:

  • Please notify us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photo or video evidence for verification

Resolution options:

  • A replacement unit will be shipped at no additional cost, or
  • If a replacement is unavailable, store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card


2. Home Fragrance & Lifestyle Products

Returns Eligibility

Unused home fragrance products, including soy wax candles, may be returned within 14/30 days of delivery if they are:

  • Unused
  • Unburned
  • In original packaging


Refund Method

Approved returns for home fragrance items will be issued as:

  • Store credit in the form of a digital gift card, or
  • A refund to the original payment method at our discretion

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.


Damaged or Defective Candle Items

If your candle arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide clear photo evidence of the issue

Once verified, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or
  • Store credit / refund if a replacement is unavailable


3. Final Notes

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above
  • Gift cards issued as store credit are non-refundable and non-transferable
  • This policy is designed to ensure product safety, hygiene, and a fair experience for all customers
