Absolutely. We take your privacy seriously. All orders for self-care products are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no product description, brand name, or adult-related wording visible on the outside.
What will appear on my bank or card statement?
Your charge will appear under a neutral company name which is N&F, with no reference to adult products or sensitive content.
I ordered multiple items, but I only received one. Where is the rest of my order?
Candles are shipped directly from our specialized artisan partners. Personal care products are shipped directly from our main fulfillment location. Because of this, your items may arrive in separate packages and at slightly different times. You will receive a unique tracking number for each shipment.
